Frequently asked questions

Do I need a server to run this?

No. EzSuppBot is fully hosted. You just bring your Telegram bot token from @BotFather and we handle everything else.

Is AI included? How does it work?

AI is a Pro feature. Once on Pro, enable it per bot in Settings and add a knowledge base. You can choose auto-reply mode (AI responds instantly) or suggest mode (AI drafts a reply for your staff to approve). Smart escalation automatically pauses AI and alerts your team when keywords like "refund" or "urgent" are detected.

What can I do on the free plan?

Free gives you one support bot and full access to the web panel — you can receive tickets, reply to customers, close tickets, and view history. Pro unlocks AI, team members, quick replies, opening hours, Telegram group replies, broadcast, and branding removal.

How do I upgrade to Pro?
